This looks interesting, what would be the right times for PMs to start adding gamification to the platform? How much time does it take to integrate customer glu?
@vinayak_jhunjhunwala1 Gamification shouldn't be an afterthought - the user experience from the ground up must be designed keeping the goals, actions, and incentives aligned. Eg. If Uber wants to get more rides completed in a day, they must incentivize driver-partners for the number of rides.
