This product sounds fantastic, but I'm also very concerned about privacy and data security. How much access does it have to the emails in my inbox? And how does it learn my writing style? I want to make sure it can provide convenience while also fully protecting my data.

@lyss_luo Great question. Drafts are generated in real time when you hit reply. Your style is learned from patterns in your own sent emails, never shared with anyone else.
On top of that, we’re CASA Tier II verified by Google, meaning our data handling, encryption, access controls, and incident response processes have been independently reviewed. Privacy and security are core to how we built Custos.

Calculate % of emails that we generate that get sent
Calculate "similarity" between the email we generate and the email that the user ends up sending
Most importantly, we speak to users continuously
would be cool if its a chrome plugin. Im very skeptical about connecting my gmail to apps that can read my messages. Just a lil input
