@lemuel_albotra1 I think the biggest takeaway for us over the past few months was learning that hosting and scaling the voice bot was non-trivial issue. Given Daily's experience with scaling the WebRTC infrastructure, it became clear that we were in a unique situation to help build this out for our customers, especially being mindful of latency. Some non-trivial decisions like placement of the bot servers vis-a-vis the location of Daily and Partner's servers can add to the latency.
