I built Breath App for a very personal reason. For a long time I struggled with sleep problems and constant mental stress. I tried many complicated meditation apps and routines, but most of them felt overwhelming and hard to follow consistently. What helped me the most was something simple: structured breathing.
I started practicing basic pranayama patterns every day to calm my mind before sleep and during stressful moments.
