@gregghoush Any reason why you chose Tailwind? We are using some bootstrap and writing a lot of our own css. Wanted to understand how you compared the two plugins.

@varun_agarwal1 I used to love Bootstrap for how quick and easy it made it to get started. But lately, I don't want someone elses designs. I love Tailwind CSS's utility classes. It lets me do whatever I want, and most of their defaults for color palettes, shadows, fonts, and everything else are just great. But If I wasn't using Tailwind, I also wouldn't be using Bootstrap. I would be using Bulma. In my opinion, it's a better library. Fully Sass-based, use only what you want, and no javascript, a single small CSS file. It's also beautiful. With bootstrap, you get locked into this idea of using the patterns that are out there, the defaults that others have come up with. Or even themes that others have created. Sure you can override the defaults and restyle its UI components. But by the time you've started doing that, why are you still using Bootstrap?

@tobester Hi Toby! These two products are built on different platforms. The Startup 3 is based on Bootstrap, which is good for developers familiar with it. Slides Framework comes with its own framework architecture. Slides is a great product for promo websites of any kind, where you can have animations between blocks and elements. The main purpose of it is to impress a visitor and attract to your key features. Startup 3, on the other hand, is perfect for the start-up websites, where there is a lot of info to show. It's easier to build a multi-page website on blocks from Startup 3. Both of them comes with handy generators, which can export ready-made templates, that you can edit locally using the code editor on your computer and upload the result on your hosting using FTP or any other tool available for you. You can use them for an unlimited amount of pages, projects, and websites. There are no limitations on a number of exports for both of them.
