I recommend using Docsify, it's a great tool and have got one of the best customer support.

Pros:

Easy to plug-n-play and a central dashboard to monitor each and every activity. Great UI, UX and the functionality of the platform.

Cons:

Not a major thing at the moment, but if we could upload contacts and collaborate with a team member, so we don't send duplicate emails.

Really cool product to score leads: who is more interested in emails I sent. It is much easier to select leads among 100s of recepients, whom I should call first: obviously, those people who engage more with my presentations and docs.

Docsify is a must-have email marketing tools for those who close deals.

Pros:

Per-page view analytics of attached docs. You always know how to score your leads.

Cons:

Sometimes it incorrectly identifies "email opens" due to email-tracking-blockers.

It happens due to the differences in algorithms used by different email providers and email software. That's why Docsify tracks not only email opens, but everything you emailed to potential clients. Do you track emails and other things only if I send email from Gmail to Gmail?

thanks for your question. Nope :) it doesn't matter what email client your recipient uses :) The only thing is that you have to have Gmail interface as a sender :)

What do you exactly mean by FB retargeting? You insert a pixel inside the email body? or how?

We love automation and we adore helping ppl automate their workflow! So we love Zapier :) Right now, You can set up triggers in Docsify, for example, the link was clicked, the document was viewed and some other. So you can set up automatic things in your tools (e.g. auto-task in CRM) based on recipients interactions with your emails, links, documents, website, attachments :)

This tool helps me to close deals in B2B sales about 25% more effective and easier. I can react exactly on time when to communicate and what are the pros of my proposal, I know when my customer is online and ready to discuss the deal!

Thanks a lot! Docsify is the combination of tools and document tracking is one of the elements, also we track per-page website views, links, other attachments :) And help salesppl convet that statistics by integration with CRM :) Does Docalytics work only with documents?
it was mainly PDF docs. Docalytics was acquired not long after it started by Contently
