Really cool product to score leads: who is more interested in emails I sent. It is much easier to select leads among 100s of recepients, whom I should call first: obviously, those people who engage more with my presentations and docs.

Pros:
Per-page view analytics of attached docs. You always know how to score your leads.
Cons:
Sometimes it incorrectly identifies "email opens" due to email-tracking-blockers.

The common issue of ordinary email open tracking tools is incorrect identifies of "email opens". It happens due to the differences in algorithms used by different email providers and email software.

Nope :) it doesn't matter what email client your recipient uses :) The only thing is that you have to have Gmail interface as a sender :)

@johanvanbeek_nl Not only! We also show you, how much time has your recipient spent on each page of the PDF, DOC or PPT that you sent; whether the document was downloaded; what was the depth of view and from which page, your recipient left :)
@migratwit We give you an opportunity to insert FB or Google retargeting pixel into the documents that you send and then catch with adv only those people who read your documents :)

So we love Zapier :) Right now, You can set up triggers in Docsify, for example, the link was clicked, the document was viewed and some other. So you can set up automatic things in your tools (e.g. auto-task in CRM) based on recipients interactions with your emails, links, documents, website, attachments :)

@a12rj Thanks a lot! Docsify is the combination of tools and document tracking is one of the elements, also we track per-page website views, links, other attachments :) And help salesppl convet that statistics by integration with CRM :) Does Docalytics work only with documents?

Great work guys and keep rocking.
Pros:Easy to plug-n-play and a central dashboard to monitor each and every activity. Great UI, UX and the functionality of the platform.
Cons:Not a major thing at the moment, but if we could upload contacts and collaborate with a team member, so we don't send duplicate emails.
