Just playing with my trial and wondering if Document360 can keep track of my media assets and their dependencies (screenshots, buttons) in a multilingual project?
@michael_schmidt7 absolutely. One of the key feature we have in the product is called "The Drive" which is designed to hold all the media assets required for the knowledge base. It's pretty much like having a Google Drive dedicated for your KB. You can do things like folder structure, colour coding folders, tagging files/folders, search etc. There are some extremely cool features like "Dependency viewer", one of the big challenge is sometime you won't know in how many places you media assets are utilized in your knowledge base, we keep track and show you exactly all the places where it's been referenced.
