Great topic.
I love planning my week on Sunday, and I actually enjoy working late Sunday afternoon. The reason is that it gets me in the right mindset for the work week and makes things easier for me. I've already gotten work done and I've planned everything out.
At the same time, I'd say that right now I'm using Grok Bot, which constantly monitors my schedule, so I always know what I have coming up in the next few weeks and my calendar is constantly updated with all kinds of appointments. Ones that I've made over email, WhatsApp, in my LinkedIn DMs, on X. So Grok Bot does an amazing job.
