DoomToll swaps your iOS icons and puts a paywall between you and addictive apps. It does so non-deterministically: roughly 25% of the launches will hit a paywall, and you can choose to pay or touch grass for free. The app uses every behavioral trick possible to make doomscrolling a chore.
