Dots helps community leaders scale Slack or Discord communities while keeping it personal! Automate manual tasks (e.g. tracking messages w/o replies, onboarding, mass DMs) and gain member insights (e.g. champions) to save hours/week as your community scales.

Dots makes it extremely easy for me to keep tabs on the Slack communities I manage. It's made it so much easier for me to track engagement, send personalized messages, and schedule personalized mass-DMs or channel posts, among other things. Plus, the team behind Dots is always around to answer questions, troubleshoot, and brainstorm new offerings. Highly recommended.
@samantha_lee8 thanks so much for the kind words Sam. It’s been a blast working with ADmission!

Kudos Sanket + Pranav, for helping solve such a critical aspect of community management at scale! Really excited not just for the current feature set but all the upcoming features you have in pipeline!
This product has been an incredible asset to my community - I'm doing things that other community leaders and users of the community are asking about (digest emails etc). People are asking me "How are you doing this?!" :) :) :)
@mike_rizzo1 great to hear this Mike, you’ve been a power user for sure 💪🏽

Dots has been incredibly helpful for us, especially from a community perspective! We get incredible data on the engagement level in our community, and the mass DM feature is a game-changer!! Thanks @sanketchauhan and @pranavbadami
Congrats on launching a great product! I have a small insight hope it will provide you some value. As a community member, I often have trouble keeping up with the number of messages. And actually, it’s #1 reason I left some communities. And I was thinking that it would be great to have access to a semantic cloud of highly used words to help me figure out what's most important from information that I already missed and in 3 seconds figure out how relevant it is to me.
@oleksiy_malytskyy This is super helpful! Agreed that community overload is real especially when we join multiple communities. We have thought about creating an unroll me sorta for members. However, communities should never be just about extracting information so we are still thinking about how to solve that issue. Something that allows members to help when they are needed the most. Would love to hear any other thoughts you may have on this!
