Couple questions -
When recording, is there any way to have the spacebar stop recording?
Or prior to recording and with the countdown, is there any way to show the buttons for stop/upload, cancel?
That would make stopping the recording easier, so we're not looking away from the camera at the end.
And second - with so many of your competition charging significantly more, should we be concerned about the long-term viability of Dubb ? You guys offer SO much more and have a significantly better application interface. I am looking forward to your continued development!

A few notes for you.
1) There are shortcuts to stop recording. Option/CTRL U is our shortcut to upload. Check your screen within the first 3 seconds before a screen recording starts and you'll see the rest. We can't use space bar since it will interfere with native Google Chrome functionality.
2) Please update your Chrome Extension (dubb.co/chrome). The newest version allows you to turn controls on/off.
Also, really appreciate your asking about our overall pricing strategy. We decided to give early adopters discounted pricing, so I'm glad you were able to take advantage!

on the shortcuts - I am on Win10, I have the updated extension.
Control U does not work. In Chrome keyboard settings, it shows Alt - U, however that does not work either. 😕 (And neither do the default shortcuts: Alt-P pause, or Alt-C cancel)

I love how easy it is to create a video on my phone and send it to a prospect on a custom landing page, and be able to track if they watch it, and if they click. The team is super responsive and on a mission to change how cold outreach works :)
Pros:
Really novel way to get in touch. Creating and sharing videos is super easy.
Cons:
Would be great to be able to have the option to set multiple brand presets as standard in a plan.

In short, there's so much tech/tracking, that multiple brands on one account would not be easy! 😱

I Love Dubb. It's a really Kick ass way to Communicate with Prospective Clients and even better used when explaining abstract concepts in the background with a power point presentation while your face is in a little overlay window in the foreground. I also love the Customization potential of Call to Actions embedded on the page. I can talk about an article and link to it below. Great Communications Software that helps me break through the Noise of the inbox. Believe me...people love the little animated Gif preview embedded in their inbox. Like a mouse to Cheese, they just can't help clicking on it to make it play and become immersed in your Scenario. The only issue I have is regarding questions to the Dubb Team going unanswered regarding Automation. I would love to know if one day Email Cadence will be implemented or if there a plan to make Dubb naively compatible with programs like Sales Flare and polymail that have Cadence built in.
@michael_morris Agreed on the "eye candy" nature of video and animated thumbnail gifs. Glad to hear that you're having success with the product. We are hard at work adding configuration and optimization options for our automation features. Your feedback has been integral in the development of it. Rock on and thanks for the support.

Have been using dubb for a while now. Really like sales integration they have built, custom gifs and offcourse the automations.
Definately there is room for improvement around dashboard UX.

I love Dubb.
Great product, needs GDPR compliance and data protection agreement to sign and there would be no better video communication tool out there.
Please consider privacy adjustements and improvements in order to open up for european customers.
