Been invaluable, has automated a lot of tasks that we did manually and helped us focus on our customers.
Pros:
Lots of customization options and is constantly being improved.
Cons:
Honestly, the founder listens to his customers and is constantly adding features demanded.

I have only started playing around with it and in a few mintues of starting was guided into creating a landing page which is pretty neat! So far I can see alot of potential uses for this:)
Pros:
Really responsive support! Lots of concise training and a whole heap of potential applications from sales to support!
Cons:
Some elements like landing page creator are still being refined but that said, they are there and developing this quite well!
