Dubb they are really doing good with new features added and making comfortable for Remote work particularly this critical time of Covid-19 world is facing. Kudos to them and keep going strong.

There isn't a day that I don't use Dubb, it's a handy tool that's useful in all sorts of situations. Keep up the good work!

TL;DR Easy Upvote for features & value. Needs purposeful planning for support during a time of explosive growth. Dubb is a outstanding product, that is for sure. Unique and powerful offering that I've been using for over a year. Clients are impressed by the interface and I enjoy the team management features, tracking and email gifs. Concerns: with growth comes more demand...I think that you need to focus on keeping support on pace with growth; I've had a support chat/intercom open since March 13th regarding a recording/upload made with the chrome widget that has now gone unread and unresponded to for 7 days. This caused me to revert to Camtasia/manual upload for the time being, which is sad, because the Dubb workflow is far superior and -generally- faster than camtasia.

I had used this product for a couple months at my brothers 3PL (transportation brokerage) & I loved it, but have recently switched career to selling Bullion products and rare coins to investors and collectors and think this product may be a great way to show the customers our actual inventory straight through there email to see how brilliant and beautiful it may look to help it sell along with customization aspect.

I love Dubb. Great product and the team backing this product is amazing and responsive.
