This book is for win-win solutions between the remote workers and remote companies. Getting a job globally remotely as a non-Western can be so tough, yet we need to be accountable and have really great integrity, not by playing victim just because we are in the minority. We might have no intention to hurt others or break the rules, but it might be the gap between daily habits and situations, or even limitations.
