What do I think? ... I love it! It looks to me that empy.ai is a way to improve my ability to change person-person things. Sixty years ago Marshall Rosenberg created something that we call Nonviolent Communication(NVC). It's a communication tool with the focus on empathy in the first place. One may ask, why do we need empathy? I think we need it, because it has the power to change things. But it's more than that. It changes things in such a way that the situation becomes acceptable for both parties. Because with empathy we can create something crucial between us, without excluding anything from each of us. In other words we can negotiate things that simply can't be negotiated without it. It looks like an opportunity. Am I right? :)
