Congratulations! Where were you 6 months ago when I was looking for 1? :) I couldn't find good solutions and glad to see one. Wish you the best.

Thanks for your support @rajeshkan72 . We were here 6 months ago, but the product just wasn't as advanced then  😅.

💡 Bright idea
This is so dope! This saves so much time for user feedback! I can see this being super helpful when it comes to customer service for large companies, would you consider doing this for audio calls too? It would be so cool is you could summarize a 1000 customer service calls and find out key pain points.
Eddie Forson
Absolutely @elias_ali. What you suggested is a great idea. We definitely should support audio calls too in the future :).

As a Customer Success professional, this is awesome! From the information it's pulling from, what's the level of accuracy of the transcription? As you import more calls, will the AI pick up on what's considered important for your specific context/business?
Eddie Forson
@janie_baek Yes it will! Do give EnVsion a try and feel free to reach out to me if you have any questions or feature requests.

This is a lifesaver, gonna save me hours. Just wanted to know what languages you support.
Eddie Forson
@vishalreddy21 We support English officially. What language do you conduct most of your interviews in?
