This is really an amazing tool! Certainly it is the great way to save time, but still proceed a successful mailing campaign! Fingers crossed for launching! I hope it will be very soon, as I can't wait to start using this awesome tool!^^ I would like to ask what is going on if we have just started to use a certain e-mail address, so we don't have any conversation from which Ernst would use info and create a new suggestions? Can Ernst start interacting according to some other data (eg. random suggestions) or it 'learns' over time? :)
