Hello, first of all congratulations to the team, I have a few questions, 1. Is the open source version completely free? and is it easy to install myself? 2. Is XOS suitable for small local businesses? 3. What plugins have the most impact on increasing revenue and customers?

Hey 🙋🏻‍♀️ @tuvshinbaatar_soyombo, Thanks for the question: 1. Yes, most of the plugins are free on OS, and the latest version is supposed to be much easier to install. Feel free to try it out and let us know your feedback 2. Our SaaS version would be the most recommended. No need to involve in technical work, and easy to set up for smaller organizations. 3. I can't way which. It purely depends on where you're operating, though. Automation, segmentation, Inbox..etc, core few plugins are the most used. Hope I answered to your questions fully.
