I enjoy using Javelin, it's a great tool for early stage, pre-product-market-fit startups. I also appreciate the wealth of knowledge about the Javelin method that is available on the site. Educational and functional, I can't wait to see where Trevor and Grace take this product.
Pros:Intuitive app that helps you test new ideas at low cost.

Pros:A great option to get focus group info fast
Cons:A little confusing on how the process works
We've used the JEB method on all ideas our startup has worked on so far, all with great success. But after you get familiar with the process and methodology, those with more tactile tendencies can rely on good old-fashioned sticky notes, whiteboards and pens.
Pros:Good framework, well-structured. Run time-boxed experiments. Quickly iterate and identify the right problem, customer and solution.
Cons:Nothing that can't be done IRL without a digital equivalent.
