Shopgram is a search engine for Shopify stores and products. It gives you instant access to the data and analytics of more than 1.2 Million Shopify stores and products based on different metrics.
Thanks for the hunt, @kevin!
Ali here, the CEO of Shopgram.
Shopgram was on Product Hunt about a year ago (https://www.producthunt.com/post...). Since then we made some noticeable changes and made our platform a better place for merchants and marketers that value data and here’s the new Shopgram with much more to do.
Why Shopgram?
Shopgram is now more complete with the data and analysis of Shopify stores and the most successful products being sold on those stores.
It gives you a clear vision of the market you are trying to be successful in.
Increasing your knowledge of your competitors will allow you to keep ahead of them all the time.
How it works?
We decided to make it as easy as possible for anybody looking for Shopify data.
All you need to do is to tell Shopgram the location or the category of the stores you want to see, or the niche of the products you want to search. If you want more targeted data, you can also filter out by social media, currency, Alexa rank and more.
If you want to save the generated reports, all it takes is a click and then the report will be in your email inbox within a minute.
You can try our free plan for up to 60 Shopify store data and let us know what you think about the new Shopgram.
We can’t wait to hear what you think about this launch. Your support and feedback will be much appreciated.

fellow data enthusiast here. How are you gathering data on these stores? What's your methodology?
@mr__geek We used reverse IP lookup for Shopgram.
Basically, Shopify stores have a unique subdomain of myshopify.com, if we find these subdomains, we have the complete list. Also, Shopify servers have a few IP addresses which serve stores. Hence we could find all stores by finding domains that point to those IP addresses
We wrote about it here too: https://towardsdatascience.com/s...

Congrats, I just love the idea of a search engine for Shopify stores and products. This will help us a lot and it will ease our work. Well done! 🙂
I have seen many Shopify store owners looking for their competitors to find out which products they're exactly selling and what their prices are on those products. This pain point got our attention to develop Shopgram to serve as a search engine to all store owners.
This is a really interesting tool when it comes to analyzing competitors and similar online shops on Shopify, BUT the problem with it is that it's limited to Shopify only. Not all competitors are built on this platform. Still, a very nice tool for analyzing the Shopify market. Keep up the good work!
@vahid_amintabar Glad you liked Shopgram, Revenue Estimation is something we are working on now currently actually and once it's all nice and tidy, we'll add it!
