Tried Famulor while testing a few voice AI tools (was mainly comparing it with Vapi and Retell), and it ended up being way better than I expected.

The coolest part for me is that it’s one agent across phone, web, and WhatsApp. The WhatsApp part especially stood out — it’s not an afterthought. No rebuilding flows or managing separate logic per channel.

Calls feel fast and natural, latency is low, and the voice quality is solid. It doesn’t feel like talking to a clunky IVR. Warm transfers keep context, DTMF works, calendars sync without drama.

I’m not a developer and still managed to set things up using the no-code flow builder and prompt editor without much friction.
