Fellow is truly an excellent product which starts with people and how we can better work together, support one another, encourage each other and grow. The question bank builds in conversations to your 1:1's that many newer managers wouldn't have without proper guidance. I would highly recommend Fellow for any team that's actively seeking to grow and invest in their people.
