I've been using Fellow for over a year now and it's become an integral part of my routine. I can't remember what I did before in terms of organizing my 1:1's with staff, but whatever it was, it didn't work as well. This simple interface is always ready as one of my browser windows for me to log the various thoughts and issues I need to chat with my team about. The ultimate holding pen, with history, action items and shared content. The Slack integration and reminders are also great.

Finally! A product that will help us manage the likes of our 125+ team members! Managing performance expectations of a team of this size, in different cities around the world, has its challenges when it comes to consistently delivering a clear message, effectively communicating goals, and closing the feedback loop. Having team members actively involved is also a huge plus to culture and satisfaction. Kudos! Looking forward to diving in.

Been using Fellow.app for a while now. It quickly made its way into an app that I open and use everyday. I’ve been able to replace multiple productivity apps with Fellow and the continual incorporation of user feedback into the product makes it even better as it evolves. I didn’t realize I needed this tool until I started using it. My meetings are more organized, my 1:1s are more valuable and my day is more intentional. Highly recommend you give it at try!

As an early user I was using Fellow for one-on-one and follow ups. Now its fully integrated across the whole team using fellow as meeting agenda, follow ups, tracking, 1:1, reminders.... using Fellow as much as slack (the great integration into slack is awesome).

@chrisarsenault Thanks Chris! Glad you like the Slack integration - we think Slack and Fellow are an important pair and work hand-in-hand. We'll be continuing to enhance the Slack integration to allow you to do more very quickly right from within the chat interface. MS Teams is something we're looking at soon as well!

We use Fellow for all our 1:1s and full team meetings. It keeps us accountable - you can see on the home screen exactly which action items from your last meeting are still outstanding and it’s trained us to be more focused in our meetings.

That actually went live this weekend :) "Accountability" is a big theme for us here @ Fellow - we're really trying to make it scale across organizations... Would love to get your thoughts on the new product homepage - have you tried the "starred" items feature yet?

@skhoshroo Thanks Sajjad! You nailed it - so many managers are still stuck using email for everything and this is what leads to the busy manager syndrome.
