Wow! If I only had fforward for my product teams in the past, the amount of time we wasted trying to collate insights between thousands of customer interaction points. Congrats on the launch and can’t wait to use it.

@bijanv thank you for the support Bijan. Really appreciate it.

Congrats on the big launch! I've tried this product, really like the way how it analyses and abstracts from the interview script to give me quick insight. Look forward to more updates!

@jillian_leee Thank you! We have *so* much more we want to add.

We're getting ready to do some new customer discovery and are helping other teams with it as well. We've had other platforms that looked impressive but felt like they needed a trained consultant to run or you to take an entire course in the process. In just a few a minutes I was able to upload the text file from our first interview transcript and WOW. Automatically finding and digesting insights that we can, I imagine, compare against other interviews. Even if this is all that it did that would be enough for me but I'm looking forward to trying out more. Way to nail this product!

@stayshure wow thank you so much! Would love any additional feedback on ways we can improve the core experience!

I am genuinely intrigued with fforward.ai. As someone who values insights from customer interviews but often finds the analysis process daunting, this seems like a total game-changer. What I respect most is that you’ve clearly done the work to deeply understand this challenge from a user perspective. I'm eager to explore how this can help me uncover hidden opportunities and prioritize my roadmap more effectively. Thanks for offering three free interview analysis credits; it's a fantastic way to get started and provide valuable feedback. Excited to see where this journey takes you! 💡

@johaimalin_castillo woo hoo! I'm excited too. Ping me any time.

I've been in the pilot group testing out a beta version of this product as they flush it out. Few key highlights for me personally, seeing how it's progressed: - they've been *really* thoughtful at how they've designed the engine that runs the analysis. it shows in the results (and I've dumped a ton of raw transcripts into the tool to see what the results turn out) - the founders are all super smart, intuitive, experienced – but also so humble. I really hope to see this product excel and succeed - as a researcher, this definitely super charges my ability to run quicker cycles of research, but also as a tool to help coach others (PMs, designers) on how to run better interviews - as a PM (my past life), I can see this helping me accelerate and document my problem understanding in a way that I never had the bandwidth to do as a PM (at least as effectively as a researcher where my responsibilities are more deep rather than broad)

@zach_ohm_ll what a thoughtful thing to write. I really appreciate you taking the time to share your experiences with the PH community! Thanks so much Zach.

Nice one

@emma_poul We're pretty psyched too!

How can fforward streamline the process for solo researchers managing high volumes of user interviews?
Cameron Westland
@shamali_wasanthi_perera great question. We aim to make things faster for people who don't have a lot of research capacity. Instead of getting fatigued in the weeds of a transcript, you can think at a higher level!
newton karani
very impressive
Cameron Westland
@newton_karani thank you!
