๐Ÿ”ง FinderGit 0.34.1 โ€” the popover that would not fit on the screen

Hey everyone ๐Ÿ‘‹

A patch, and both fixes came from using 0.34.0 for a day rather than from a plan. ๐Ÿ˜…

โญ The "recently starred" list no longer runs off the screen. FinderGit keeps up to fifty "this repo gained a star" events โ€” and the popover drew every one of them at once. After a busy week it was taller than the display: clipped at the top, still going past the bottom, rows down there simply unreachable. Fifty events is about 2000 points of content in a window around 1100 tall. It now stops at a readable height and scrolls.

๐Ÿท๏ธ During a bulk tag run, the controls that can't act say so. Fetch, New Tag and the per-row โ‹ฏ menu were gated on a flag only single-row actions set, so a bulk run left them all live โ€” and a confirmation opened before the run started would still fire afterwards. Nothing was ever corrupted (changes already queue per repository), but an action could sit waiting a minute with nothing explaining why.

The Account dashboard โ€” the Stars tile is where the (+) badge for new stars appears

๐Ÿงช And a correction I'd rather make in public. 0.34.0's Activity panel shipped clipped to its header. The repair changed two things at once, credited one of them, and turned it into a rule about how SwiftUI reports sizes โ€” which every popover fix since then cited, including my first draft of the one above. It isn't true: measured, the modifier credited for it changes no number at all; what does the work is the height cap. The measurement now lives in the repo, so next time the answer comes from running something instead of remembering a sentence.

What's the smallest bug you've shipped that turned out to be a wrong explanation rather than wrong code? ๐Ÿ‘€
