Hey, PH π
I'm Pedro, co-founder at Findly (YC S22).
Findly is your AI data assistant for Google Analytics.
π Background: My co-founders and I have many years of experience working with and developing data products. Before Findly, I led analytics and machine learning teams at Twitter and Google. - Answering simple questions can be time-consuming.
π§ Findly's Solution:
- A user-friendly, fast chat interface to access GA data.
- Advanced data analysis capabilities.
- A collaborative, centralized platform for data exploration and reporting.
- Features to tag, manage conversations, and use pre-made report templates.
- Export options to Excel and PDF.

@pedromnasc UpVoted π Congratulations on your Launch π
@pedromnasc Findly seems like a great tool for simplifying Google Analytics with its AI-assisted, user-friendly interface. It's impressive how it addresses common data analysis challenges, especially for teams. Quick question: Does Findly include predictive analytics or trend forecasting features? Excited to explore its capabilities!
@sichen_shao hi Sichen! It does include predictive analytics and trend forecast features, it is not perfect at the moment, but it works out of the box multiple times even with not super well defined questions. The more specific you are with your question, the better will be the performance of.the algorithm. You can expect also big improvements in the next months. π
@pedromnasc congratulations on the launch team, best of luck today β₯οΈπ¦

Great idea! We were discussing how to make sense of the data on GA yesterday. Would love to give it a try. Are you thinking of integrating with other tools like hotjar too?
Managing Google analytics data can feel like walking uphill in a flow of molasses. I greatly welcome this innovative tool for improving my management and experience with making use of massive amounts of critical information.
@empowered thanks! That's one of our main goals, we created Findly to make it super easy to manage and collaborate the "data journeys" with your teammates
@hacksman Hi Jerry! Privacy and security are one of the cores of our product. We don't use any of your core data, the only thing we need is the overall schema of your data, which dimensions you have, which metrics, their description etc. You can check more here: https://www.findly.ai/privacy
Congratulations on the launch of Findly! The user-friendly chat interface, advanced analysis capabilities, and collaborative platform make it a game-changer. How do you envision Findly evolving to address emerging trends in analytics?
Very Cool! Curious about the tech behind it. How do you make LLM aware of all the variables in GA. Do you put them in all the prompt? Thatβd be expensive if you use GPT4
@yichen_guo1 hey, the trick here is to use a multi-stage retrieval system. Each stage uses a model more powerful than the previous step. Fine-tuning also also helps to use smaller models.
@pedromnasc love it. Curious what you think about listing all the permutation of queries and search / RAG it. I assume this approach wouldnβt be as accurate as yours right?
