I came across this through an ad and I gotta say, after using it for a bit, it seems like it overpromises on the "faster & smarter" part, the integration with CRMs like Salesforce is cool but it feels a bit clunky at times, maybe it's just me, but could the algorithm be tweaked to better handle edge cases, also curious if there's plans to add support for more niche CRMs that smaller businesses use

Hey Amartya, nice effort but AI for credit decisions could be a double-edged sword, human intuition matters too, what if the model's wrong? Plus integration with all those CRMs isn't always seamless, I've seen data mismatches happen, anyways good luck
