1. Evaluation: We have consistently tweaked our process and now have a very structured, disciplined and scalable way of evaluating talent.
2. Distribution: Being a marketplace, distribution is super important and we have worked super hard on that.
- SEO: We get 600,000+ visits a month
- Social: We have a good presence across personal & company accounts
- Paid channels: Are now establishing the same prowess on paid channels
3. Product: Having worked with 100+ customers, we now understand how to predict challenges, showcase value and make the process seamless. We have used all those insights to build an entirely new product for our clients and are continuing to do so.
4. Value: Other than our core offering, we believe in being partners of our network members and have launched many initiatives including getting on free consulting calls on even non-tech topics, negotiating discounts on top products, creating a founders-only network and more. Some of these are in beta and will be launched in the next couple of months.
