Hey everyone! Engin here, founder of FoundersDeck.

Today is day one. I'm a solo developer from Germany, bootstrapped, no VC, no team. Just me, a VPS in Nuremberg, and a problem I wanted to solve.

The problem: As an EU-based founder, finding GDPR-compliant monitoring tools that don't route your data through US servers is frustrating. And once you find them, you need a separate tool for status pages, another for alerts, another for changelogs. Five tools, five invoices, five privacy policies.

FoundersDeck is my answer: one toolkit that covers what founders actually need – starting with monitoring, status pages, and alerts. All on German infrastructure. No CLOUD Act. No data leaving the EU.
