One photo + one song: a quick guide to making a music video
I'm on the FreeLipSync team. The attached image is the photo-singing illustration from our homepage. Here's a simple way to turn a portrait and a song into a lip-synced music video with the MV tool.
1. Open the AI Music Video Generator and upload a clear portrait you have permission to use. Keep the face and mouth unobstructed.
2. Upload a song with clear vocals that you own or have permission to use. Start with a short section and check the input-duration limit shown for your account. Instrumental audio alone won't drive singing lip movements.
3. Choose the available resolution and aspect ratio, then generate. The MV tool automatically plans shot changes around the music; you don't need to write shot-by-shot prompts.
4. Preview the result with sound. Check the mouth timing, character consistency, and transitions before downloading and sharing.
For a single singing portrait, use Make Photo Sing; for automatically arranged shots, use the MV tool. The attached still illustrates the photo + music idea—it isn't a video preview.

What would you make first: a teaser for your own song or a fictional character's performance?
