One photo, two speakers: arranging a conversation before lip sync

by•

I'm on the FreeLipSync team. A short interview or character dialogue needs more than two voices: the timing of each answer, pause, and interruption shapes the scene. Our two-person lip-sync tool lets you arrange that conversation before generating the video.

  1. Start with one image showing two clear faces. The two leftmost detected faces become the speaker avatars. Use an image and voices you own or have permission to use.

  1. Add each person's audio to their own track. Move the clips to place the questions and answers; leave gaps for pauses. Clips on different tracks can overlap when both people should speak together.

  1. Preview the audio timing, then generate and review the video. Check that the intended person speaks at each turn. Available duration depends on your plan.

The attached screenshot shows the editor before generation: a sample source photo on the left, the site's example preview on the right, and the empty speaker tracks below. It is a UI walkthrough, not a newly generated result.

Try the workflow:

Would you use this for a two-character sketch, a short interview, or a teacher-and-student explainer?
