That's great, but I think that an experienced call center operator will be able to maintain a dialogue with the client, regardless of the equipment. Professional equipment is needed when the company specializes in constant work with clients, more about call centers can be found here https://www.creative.onl/startup.... I often used a call center to develop my business, because I didn't have enough time to take requests from customers. Perhaps Freshcaller will be useful for those who are just starting out in this business. This is fine for startups, but if you want to develop, you'll need equipment.
