Hi everyone, I first came across the concept of Red Teaming when reading Annie Duke's "Thinking in Bets". It seemed like such a great concept, to consciously create an internal process to find all the flaws in a decision or potential decision. Since then I've incorporated many of the techniques that make Red Teaming so effective into all of my decisions, both as part of a team as well as an individual. It's best highly effective and a big help. To try and help other individuals and teams also boost their decision making skills, we're releasing over 15 templates that we've used (including Devil's Advocacy, Premortem Analysis, Competing Hypotheses, Indicators or Signposts Change, 5 Whys, and many more). Hope they are as helpful to you and your teams as they have been for me. And let me know if you have any questions!
