Zensourcer has rapidly become a favorite tool in my recruiting belt. I was impressed when I joined the service two months ago and they’ve recently added multiple features to make it even more compelling.
The automatic email that ZenSourcer attaches to each thread with a link to the candidate’s information has saved me hours.
While it sounds simple, the ability to include inline images and multiple linked calls to action have drastically improved my response rate.
While it did feel a bit clunky at first to have to download each profile’s PDF to add them, I have found that it’s actually very useful to have those easily accessible when forwarding candidates to hiring managers.
One thing that really stands out is how quickly the team gets back to me on any questions or feature requests. I’ve never waited more than an hour for a detailed response that solves whatever trouble I’m having.
Compared to the cost of other recruiting tools, ZenSourcer provides an unbelievable amount of value. I would strongly recommend it to anyone who wants to send hyper-customized reach out while keeping their sanity.
@spinmantv Oof not yet, although it's on our list. If you sign up and let us know you're on outlook, we'll be sure to reach out to you once we have that integration built. We expect to have it built out in a few months.
Cease and desist letter from Linkedin in 3, 2, 1...

Loving what I'm seeing. This tool is definitely applicable to uses beyond recruiting. Loving the consolidation of obtaining contact information and actual outreach in one place. It's hard to comment more without hands on, but here's fingers crossed for something similar to hunter's way of searching leads. Keep up the good work guys, excited to take it for a spin.

I don't think you need half the permissions the ext requires.
Pros:
Seems great
Cons:
Chrome permissions from hell

Quickly organize and manage your LI sourcing efforts with ZenSourcer. Create customized and semi customized emails and email sequences without leaving LI. See who replies, clicks on links, which emails work and which could use some help. Get a report on how many people are in your Sourcing Funnels, who is what stage, and who is opted out. How many times have you forgot to follow up with a great candidate? Setup an email sequence to check in on candidates every month by sharing blog post or whitepaper and once you put a Persona in the sequence ZenSourcer will do the rest. Really cool bunch of people as well.
Pros:
If you're not using email sequences your are missing out. ZenSourcer is great with standard LI account. Nice reporting and analytics.
Cons:
Due to LI new rules, there is an extra step to get people into a email campaign but it's not a big deal. Currently only works with Gmail.

ZenSourcer will happily let you try their product, sell you on everything they are working on, and then without notice they will turn your account off, restrict all access and tell you that your only option is to upgrade and pay 1000x more. When you cave and decide to pay - because you NEED ACCESS TO YOUR WORK - they turn it back on for a while....and then turn it off again when they want you to upgrade again. No notice, no access, no nothing. It happened again today and I've been waiting 4+ hours for someone to even acknowledge my problem and the fact that I cannot even access my work. Being a "small company" is no reason to have absolutely terrible customer service and deceptive pricing.
Pros:
Good platform features
Cons:
Worst customer service I've experienced while working 10+ years in tech
