Hey @jennordhem, thanks for being so generous. Are you able to help check out https://robocons.com, we do automated qualitative employee surveys. What do you think about employee surveys etc?
Report
@yo_dinh Thanks for sharing. I don't quite understand how learning insights from books and surveying employees are related? Can you clarify that point?
Report
@jennordhem Thanks for replying Jenn, yea you're right it's a bit confusing. I've since updated this to reposition as 'employee development surveys'. Does that resonate more or is that still confusing? My goal is to inspire employees to read more and get feedback from employees using concepts from books.

hi Jen, that would be lovely! photoscout.co, it's already live, much appreciated! Looking for feedback to see if the casual user or photo or film professional would find a tool like this useful. thanks!! https://www.producthunt.com/post...

HI @elan_dassani the text in your landing page is not clear to read and very small.
You can break down each section: subscription form, the text. in to separated sections with different background color, that will make it easy to focus on, and try to make the font more bigger.
give two or three example of the questions you already have, this will give some idea to your future customers, make them taste before to eat :)

@elan_dassani Thanks for sharing. If you use this app for a wedding for example, wouldn't all the other photos that people tag that location with show up too, theoretically? Does your app scrape existing geotags? I guess that point isn't clear.
If it does, as an avid outdoor enthusiast, this type of app really concerns me regarding natural preservation. We're seeing a lot of parks getting heavier traffic (and littering) than usual because people want photos for instagram. If that's the case, this could expose very beautiful, but less well known sites, that in a fragile ecosystem. I know a lot of people who care about the outdoors intentionally don't geo-tag their IG photos for this reason.
I've worked in tv and film and love the idea as a tool for location scouts, but I wonder how big that market is?
Overall very cool, but I have some potential ethical concerns about the product.

@kinjal_jasani It's great that you're making an app that's aim is to uplift people and motivate them! I wish more people would do that. From your app store profile, I can't tell - does the user create their own motivational posts? Or do you populate the motivational posts for them?
Report
@jennordhem It’s meant to be a social media app where users post motivational things.

Amazing! Would love feedback on @dapatil's fluxroll.com.

@dapatil@nikkielizdemere Looks great but sadly, I'm non-technical so I'm not fully understanding your product. As a producer I can see the utility in this, but don't have a deep eng background.
Hey @jennordhem This is very nice of you :) . I would love for you to check out www.trebble.fm . It makes it easy to create, distribute and listen to shortcasts. It will be great to hear your thoughts after you've taken the app for a spin. Are you working on something yourself ? I will be more than happy to return the favor :)

@armelbeaudry Love this idea! I'm a podcast addict and sometimes I don't have 30-60m to listen to a full one.
The term "shortcast" is brilliant.
And I like that you can test drive within your landing page without having to download the app, that's a big win for a semi-skeptic like me. Although I noticed that I can't get back to the homepage to download the app. Make sure you can convert people on that "browse" page. That is the "magic moment" and you want that CTA to be as close and visible as possible for people to convert.
I'm working on Subscripta. We have a short and simple landing page right now: www.subscripta.com, would like to hear your feedback too!
@jennordhem Hey Jen, Thanks again for the feedback. I really appreciate it.
I took a look at the Subscripta. Your landing page indeed very simple.
I am a little confused by what the product is though. Is it
1. a platform to help me keep track of all my online subscriptions (Spotify, Netflix, etc...)
2. a platform to help me keep track of all the product I have ordered online that will need to be shipped to me
3. Something else...
It will be great to hear a clairification on that to be able to give better feedback.
I like the idea of having a waitlist.
I know most people will not care but I will suggest you to use a platform like Squarespace for your landing page. You will get a more professional looking landing page with a minimum effort. If you are a little tech savvy, you can check webflow as well. I have never used it but I heard it is becoming more and more popular to build beautiful websites with nocode.

Look forward to see your email in early access list :)
Hi @jennordhem ! Thank you for offering to test out different products, I really appreciate this!
I am building an app that matches entrepreneurs to find co-founders and early stage team members. It would be great if you could test the general flow and give feedback on your experience! Please click on the link to install the app https://testflight.apple.com/joi...
