Mine, is this one "Picking the right thing to work on is the most important element of productivity and usually almost ignored." from Sam Altman. I take the time each day to prioritize my tasks, meetings, etc.
For meetings:
Divide meetings into:
1. Informational
2. Must Attend
3. Can do without
Attend all "Must Attend" Meetings, don't attend "Can do without" Meetings at all, if you have the free time then attend "Informational" Meetings.
You'll start noticing that your productivity goes up by 30-40%

Stop thinking about new ideas... always get me distracted just pen it down and come back to it when you are done with the important tasks.
I put on the same music every time I need to focus deeply, it works kind of like a trigger. My favorite so far is https://youtu.be/Ogx9LgSH-z4. Bonus is: when the clip ends (1hr), I know I need to take a break, hydrate and stretch.
Hey, guys! Super good answers here! Thanks! Do you mind if I write a blog post with some of your tips for our blog at comeet.me? It was not the initial intention when I post the question, but this thread just became super-rich! @rrhoover, am I allowed to do so?

My daily run and a Notion doc.
As I run, I think about the various things I'm going to accomplish. There's a mid-point during my run where I take out my phone and jot down my thoughts. Double win because the daily run helps me be productive. :)

In Azyner we list out activities planned by you and others on you through the regular chat interface with the assignors or groups. Further the chats are listed out on a calendar, for the user to look up activities based on their dates. The tasks are carried forward if you miss to attend to them and it will alert you as the time approaches. This worked well for us in most scenarios.

Breaking down a Big Project into a set of mini tasks. Then, I create a checklist and start with the easy ones until I finish. This strategy will help ease you into the work process, lowering the chances of procrastination.
