Anyone else keep changing their priorities because everything suddenly feels urgent?

When I started I thought the hard part would be figuring out what to build. Turns out deciding what not to work on has been much harder. Every customer request feels important every new opportunity looks worth exploring and it’s easy to keep changing direction when something isn’t moving fast enough. How do you know when you’re being flexible versus just losing focus?

The hardest part is that everyone tells founders never to give up so you just keep pushing a dead horse thinking it is resilience.
Honestly I just don't build stuff I wouldn't use myself. If I'm not a user I can't tell which of those requests are the ones that matter.
