Are feature requests from power users helping or ruining your roadmap?

Our most active users are constantly asking for hyper-specific customization options and advanced settings. While it’s tempting to build for our biggest fans, doing so is starting to make the interface feel overwhelming for new signups.

It made me realize there’s a dangerous trade off between keeping power users happy and keeping the product accessible.
