Are feature requests from power users helping or ruining your roadmap?

Our most active users are constantly asking for hyper-specific customization options and advanced settings. While it s tempting to build for our biggest fans, doing so is starting to make the interface feel overwhelming for new signups.

It made me realize there s a dangerous trade off between keeping power users happy and keeping the product accessible.
