It’s crazy how easily a new app can blow you away in the first five minutes. The landing page looks polished the demo video is clean and onboarding is smooth yet a week later, you forget it even exists.

AI makes building a great looking prototype super fast but it doesn't fix long term utility. We end up spending way too much time hype-building for day one instead of making something people open daily.
