Building is easy now. Marketing isn't. Here are the AI tools that helped with each marketing task

by•

I built my app in months. Marketing has been the hard part. There's no "vibe marketing" yet, but a few tools made specific jobs much easier. Here's what I used, task by task:

1. Launch video → ElevenLabs

  • What I used: its image, video, voice, and music tools. I made one reference image of my character and generated every scene from it, so his face stayed the same. The voices use Eleven v3 dialogue with tags like [tired] and [pause].

  • Tip: avoid the AI agent editor. It used about 3x the credits I expected. Generating each piece yourself is cheaper.

2. Editing, captions and motion graphics → Claude

  • What I used it for: text animations, chat-bubble scenes, captions, and syncing the voices to each scene.

  • Tip: ask for the animations as code (HTML) and have it rendered to video. It's pixel-perfect and costs no video credits.

3. Social copy → Claude

  • What I used it for: one idea rewritten for each platform (Peerlist, X, Instagram, YouTube), each within the platform's length limits.

  • Tip: give it your real story and your real numbers. Generic prompts get generic posts.

4. Brand assets → Claude + my existing design tokens

  • What I used it for: a logo lockup, a YouTube banner that fits YouTube's safe area, and a shareable results card.

  • Tip: paste your exact brand colors and font so everything stays consistent.

5. Built-in distribution → a shareable results card in the product

  • Users share their result, and the card links back to the app. It's the one channel that grows without me posting.

What still doesn't have a tool: taste, consistency, and showing up every day.

Consistency is the one I measured this week. I pulled the recent timelines of five big indie builders on X. They post between 2 and 9 times a day, and most of those posts carry an image. I've been posting about three times a week.

Your results card is the part I'd copy. It keeps posting for you on the days you don't.

Thanks for sharing this! I'm mostly on Claude Code too and I've got an ElevenLabs account, but I literally just launched so promo is still ahead of me. Mind sharing what came out of this setup?
