Disappears

Started asking people at a few companies "who owns this subscription?" for random tools on their SaaS bill and the answers were wild. "I think Sarah set that up... she left last year." "No idea, it's just always been there." "We use that?" Nobody's being careless on purpose. it's just that ownership quietly disappears the moment someone changes teams or leaves. Curious how common this actually is. Does your company know who owns every tool on the bill, or would you get the same answers I did?
