Do you feel the need to be in touch with your coworkers while working?

I wonder what depth of information would best suit your needs. For example, would you like to know... - what they are working on - who has a meeting with whom - who is on-site or working from home - who is off today - how they are feeling - what they are listening - when their birthdays are - what they like to do We are currently building BeforeSunset v2.0 to sync and bond with your team without additional messages, join our waitlist to know when we are ready: https://www.usebeforesunset.com/

Well, I completely understand wanting to know what they are working on and what days are their birthdays, however isn't what they are listening to or some of the other points, too personal? I personally would want to have a different relationship with my colleagues and my friends, with few exceptions (like really small teams, awesome culture, etc.)

I don't really insist on knowing all the details, as long as we are on the same page when it comes to work :) obviously it' nice to have a good relationship but only when it's genuine

I believe that cultivating chummy bonds with our office comrades is a top priority. Starting with seemingly insignificant acts, such as inquiring about their daily adventures or current work shenanigans, can go a long way. Picture this: if each of us embraced these tiny gestures, the snowball effect would inevitably transform our workplace into a delightful haven of camaraderie, putting even the friendliest neighbourhood bar to shame!
