Top question in the world. I, myself deeply enjoy WFH. Though do agree that it highly depends on the very job you are doing. As a B2B IT salesperson, it is a must to show up somehow in the office. So, accordingly, I combine both.
Both!
I would combine both ways for communication with a team.
Usually, we work from home, but we do arrive at the office for important team meetings 1-2 times a week. It makes work easier, you can see people in a real-life, amazing way to brainstorm.
Now due to the war in our country, we all have work from home but hoping to meet at the office soon. :)

I'm in charge at https://sirinsoftware.com/. I prefer offline meetings as I find them more productive. Although we are a company whose activities are based entirely on the computer, I believe that good communication is also important. Stand-up meetings reduce the time spent in the meeting room by making people less comfortable and lazy. Enthusiasm of employees is increased by facilitating the exchange of information

Hi there!
I prefer office meeting for the several reasons:
1. I work offline mostly of time and I used to communicate in real life;
2. it's easier for me to set up meeting because almost all my colleagues always at the office;
3. and last but not least - in the real life you can see every emotion and even "feel" the mood of your interlocutor.
I much prefer remote meetings- because sometimes a friendly cat appears in frame!

2 years ago beginning of the pandemic, raised close to 1m USD for my startup 100% in remote meetings. my team works 100% remotely. I think this depends on people's preferences. remote work is not for everybody. But I do not go back again to the office, ever.
