it is so easy to fall into the trap of spending the entire Saturday morning configuring a massive SaaS boilerplate with auth, billing, and teams just to build a tiny weekend tool. a full template feels like overkill when you just want to test an idea, but starting completely from scratch means wasting hours on boilerplate code. i have started keeping a bare-bones local template with just basic login routes pre-configured.
