Entrepreneur Vs Employee, What would you choose and why?

I have the best day job anyone could find. I get paid well doing fun projects. BUT. I feel unfulfilling. I think I could do better. I think I could make more money using my time than this. I used to have side projects that watching its active user grew everyday brought me a lot more joy than this.

Both have pros and cons and also de country influences a lot.

I think being an entrepreneur chooses you. It's an unexplainable desire for something creative that you can't get working a regular job.

I'd choose entrepreneur immediately again when the chance arises. Altough, for several reasons already in the comments, I am currently "just" an intrapreneur ^^ in a large company.

Being an Entrepreneur is a state of mind. I think that every one should have that mindset no matter if she/he is working for someone else or not. The problem is that our society educate people to become employees of the system. To do what they are asked to do, rather than work with purpose. Even leaders see Employees as property rather than partners/collaborators. That way of thinking is what is wrong.

Despite the challenges, entrepreneur all day.

Given the nature of doing business, I believe that one cannot go without the other. You must first gather knowledge and experience by personally walking through the steps and phases of doing a business, in order to advance on a professional and personal level - and finally be able to become a business owner or an entrepreneur.  Even though both options have their challenges, both bring some benefits as well. The employee has to do what he is tasked with and doesn't have to worry about the well-being of the company as a whole, on the other hand, an entrepreneur has to make sure his business will succeed, and he and his coworkers or colleagues depend on it. However, entrepreneurship brings you more liberty in decision-making. And, I believe that you cannot put a price on that!

But how? I'm so pathetic.

I am an employee type of person 100%

Employee until I am mentally prepared to be an entrepreneur- as it comes with its own challenges 😅
