Since I am currently alone in my role and in my team of Marketing, I have a very heavy workload as I need to do everything on my own. So, I start off the week by writing down all the things that I need to get done during the coming week, and then I start dividing the different days during the week into smaller 'sprints' with different tasks. At the end of the day, I evaluate whether I had the time to finish everything I was supposed to, and if not I need to work a little harder the following day to meet all my deadlines.
I think the question is why do you have stress at the beginning of the work week and what things help you mitigate stress in your daily like - do all of those things. If you're constantly stressed at the beginning of a work week maybe revisit why that is and address the root issue.

To manage work stress at the beginning of the week, I typically adopt a strategic approach. I mentally remind myself that there are only 5 more days until the weekend, which helps me stay motivated. Furthermore, I make it a priority to tackle high-priority tasks first, ensuring that no incomplete work lingers into the weekend. This practice significantly eases the pressure and sets a productive tone for the rest of the week.
Meditation and facial ice bath every morning.
The ice bath will simulate the 'Vagus Nerve' which is almost an instant relief to stress.

I also make it a point to practice stress-relief techniques like meditation and deep breathing, which help me stay calm and focused. Moreover, I'm a big advocate for open communication. If I foresee a particularly stressful week ahead, I communicate with my team and supervisor early on, discussing any potential challenges or adjustments that might be needed. This proactive approach helps in managing expectations and getting the necessary support.
