How do you start your work week? (Time management / Productivity / Workflows)
Many strategists, founders, and makers tend to plan their lives months or even years ahead.
But how do you manage and plan your work week?
Time management tips are welcome. :)
For example, I have a friend who plans out his weekly activities every Sunday, and he reports back to me at the end of the week how successful he was when it comes to sticking to his plans. I’m more of an “autopilot” type. I already know what I’ll be doing each day: mornings are for community replies, work, and workouts; afternoons are reserved for hobbies and personal development. 107 views

I love seeing everyone’s routines! I put my weekly summary on Friday, and a recap of last week’s wins and blockers on Monday.
Then I set 1–2 main goals for the week. Mornings are for deep work (content or strategy), afternoons for calls and loose tasks. I like to keep things structured but this is all just me in a perfect world – never goes like this.

@sanskarix Sanskar, when do you manage all of these? :DDD 😂

@busmark_w_nika It's simple – I don't.
I plan a lot, but when it comes to following a weekly routine, I'm just indisciplined, but I've found out that I'm more productive this way 😂

@sanskarix That's paradox :D when you are not in order, you are more disciplined lol :D

Interesting topic! I’ve found that my week tends to work best when I actually “reset” for 30 minutes every Monday morning. Instead of running through a monster to-do list, I do a quick review of last week’s wins/misses, and pick a single priority for the next few days. I block focused mornings for deep work - usually the hardest thing on my plate - and reserve afternoons for calls and catch-up, but I’ve learned to keep things flexible.

@ansh_deb Monster to-do-list 😂👌 But that's my problem, I try to do too much.

I start my week with what I call a context reset.
Every Monday morning, I look at three things - ongoing priorities, blockers from last week, and any team dependencies. Instead of over-scheduling, I plan in “focus blocks” for deep work and leave room for unexpected fires (because there always are some).
For me, structure matters, but so does flexibility. The goal isn’t to fill every hour, it’s to make sure the right things move forward.

@priyanka_gosai1 I am envious of your structure. You are doing better than me hahaha :D

@busmark_w_nika I hope it works out in the long run :)
