How does your position fit within the organization/career field/industry?

I believe that the way my career has developed has allowed both me and my career to benefit. In my next position, I want to advance beyond where I am now in terms of development, contribution, and overall being. And I am aware that doing so will benefit me financially, personally, and professionally.
