What are your biggest struggles/fears when you want to launch a product?

A few days ago, we discussed how difficult it was for me, for example, to create my first product.

In many cases, people struggle with money. But I believe that with the mass adoption of AI, many things can now be done at a relatively low cost.

In my case, it was more like:

  • Worries about "What others will think" – in general, the mentality of some post-communist countries is not very business-oriented.

  • The idea will not succeed (which actually happened).

  • There was bureaucracy and actually ignorance of laws + accounting.

What were or are your fears when launching products?

One of my biggest fears when launching a product was financial risk, investing time and money without knowing if the idea would pay off. Managing budget, pricing, and cash flow felt overwhelming at first. I also worried about marketing costs and whether I’d overspend before getting real traction. Over time, I learned that a simple financial plan and cost tracking can make a huge difference. Now, I focus on using AI tools to cut expenses and improve ROI while keeping my spending strategic.

@atif_qureshi2 what was your business idea back then?

@busmark_w_nika Back then, my idea was to create a digital marketing service platform that helped small businesses manage their online presence from social media ads to analytics all in one place. The goal was to offer affordable marketing solutions powered by automation and simple AI tools. It didn’t take off as planned, but it taught me a lot about pricing, client acquisition, and managing limited budgets, lessons that still shape how I approach new projects today.

@atif_qureshi2 At least, you gained something useful for future attempts = experience and knowledge :)
